ABSTRACT: Various concentrations of serially diluted and agitated Digitalis purpurea commercially available were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry, emission spectroscopy, and UV-VIS spectroscopy. These analytical methods apparently identified the medicinal ingredients in commercial homeopathic preparation of the drugs.

ABSTRACT: The study confirms the protection of a continuous cell line (the MT4 cells) against the toxic effects of the arsenic trioxide (As2O3) by the homoeopathic remedy Arsenicum album. The results showed that the potencies 30CH and 200CH, had effects on cells and confirmed that different potencies have different effects. The study also showed that succussion does not cause changes in the effects. Therefore a biotechnological method could be used to evaluate the effects of homoeopathic remedies on human cells.
