Boy, 5 years of age, coming under mother's arm, unwilling to interact. He is hitting his mother while sitting behind her. I would get very overwhelmed with the tantrums: he'd scream for hours and hours - unbelievable. He's always been a biter. He'd get very frustrated and bite. ? He'll kick and swing his arms. If they try to hold him, he'll try to strike out at his relatives.
