This plant is similar to other mints such as peppermint or spearmint.
This herb belongs to the mint family and it used to ease digestion, calm the nerves, and relieve muscle spasms, including menstrual cramps.


The catnip plant grows in North America and Europe. The leaves and flowers are used as medicine.
